Job Summary

As a Client Relationship Associate at Maybank in Singapore, you will provide dedicated support to private banking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed with personalized service. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all client documentation conforms to regulatory standards, including account opening forms, periodic reviews, loan applications, and renewals. Facilitate communication of trade risk mismatches and confirmation of funding instructions.
  • Support the generation of compliance reports and audits by providing required documents and information.
  • Monitor client accounts to confirm availability of funds for investments, timely renewal of TDs and loans, and assist RMs in tracking loan shortfalls and margin calls.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal teams—product specialists, operations, credit card, payment services, and others—to coordinate client service processes and resolve issues pertaining to cheque clearance, payment transactions, disputes, and document retrievals.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience in roles supporting Relationship Managers within wealth management or private banking environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-facing experience with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
  • Preference given to candidates possessing CMFAS and CACS certifications.
