Client Liaison Adviser

Position Overview

Direct Corporate Risks, part of the Lloyd & Whyte Specialist Broking Division under the Benefact Group, seeks a Client Liaison Adviser based in Billericay. This permanent role involves managing outbound calls and diary coordination to meet annual lead generation goals aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and respond to all new leads generated via the company website and external advertising channels.
• Deliver professional client support and advice to maintain superior client satisfaction levels.
• Keep detailed, accurate records within the lead management system to optimize lead conversion rates.
• Represent the company professionally at events such as conferences and client meetings when required.
• Manage all tasks efficiently, ensuring timely and professional handling of work.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently with clients over the telephone and at exhibitions, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
• Highly motivated and persistent in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Proven track record or capability in lead generation, including arranging visits, providing quotes, and tracking renewals, collaborating effectively with team members.
• Organized and disciplined, managing workload and time effectively.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills combined with flexibility and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in telephone or customer service roles.
• Background in the insurance sector preferred.
• Holding or willingness to pursue the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.

Working Conditions

37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, located in Billericay.

Compensation

Starting salary from £25,000 annually.
