About the Role
As an integral part of the regional Commercial team, the Client Executive is responsible for delivering outstanding service to both existing and new clients within the Commercial portfolio. This role requires close collaboration across departments to ensure a frictionless and positive experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete client journey, liaising frequently with Claims teams and Business Services colleagues to provide prompt and efficient support.
- Manage a select portfolio of Commercial clients using standard product offerings and assist in client planning alongside Client Directors and Managers.
- Lead renewal discussions and mid-term reviews, providing timely, precise advice aligned with client requirements.
- Enhance systems and processes to improve operational efficiency, scalability, compliance, and foster a superior experience for both colleagues and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights and applying best practices to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
- Advocate for proactive conduct and risk control by identifying and mitigating operational, privacy, and third-party risks in daily duties.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong client-oriented approach focused on delivering excellent outcomes and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to adapt tone appropriately across face-to-face, phone, and written channels, and explain insurance concepts clearly.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder needs in a fast-moving environment.
- Team-oriented mindset fostering collaboration with Claims, ABS, and other internal teams to enhance client service.
- Good commercial acumen, demonstrating an interest in business and risk, capable of aligning client needs with suitable solutions.
- Problem-solving aptitude, showing initiative in follow-up, issue resolution, and crafting practical solutions for clients and colleagues.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure, adapt to change seamlessly, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
Applicants must have completed the Level 5 - Fire and General Insurance Qualification to be considered successful for this role.
