About the Role

Join Rentokil Initial, a global leader in maintaining healthy commercial environments, as a full-time Service Technician. This active and varied position involves visiting multiple client locations daily to service and uphold washroom hygiene standards, representing the company's trusted brand.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and service washroom hygiene products at various client premises.
• Operate independently to achieve service goals while adhering to safety and environmental policies.
• Use mobile technology effectively to document and report service activities.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Identify hygiene and service-related issues and proactively suggest improvements.
• Manage on-site client concerns with appropriate escalation.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a current Australian driver's license (Green P-plate holders encouraged to apply).
• Experience in cleaning or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must hold full working rights in Australia and a current Working With Children Check.
