Job Overview

Manage and oversee civil construction activities for telecommunications projects specifically for STC. This includes supervising the preparation of sites, construction of foundations, tower bases, shelters, handholes, manholes, duct banks, and trenching in line with approved plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all civil construction tasks involved in STC projects.
• Guarantee that site preparation, foundations, shelters, and related civil infrastructure are executed exactly as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure adherence to STC standards, project requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure safety protocols are maintained throughout the construction processes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards effectively.

Skills and Requirements

• Must have experience in civil works linked to telecommunication infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in managing civil construction activities including foundations, tower bases, shelters, duct banks, and trenching.
• Able to monitor and work with subcontractors and diverse site teams.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to deliver projects on schedule within allocated budgets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required to communicate effectively on site and with project stakeholders.
