Role Summary

As a Civil Engineer at the fresh graduate level, you will support the delivery of construction projects by helping oversee site activity, checking civil works against approved drawings and specifications, and contributing to quality, safety, and efficient execution. This role is designed to build hands-on engineering experience in a live project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Help monitor civil work progress and day-to-day site operations.
• Check engineering drawings and technical documents to support project execution.
• Take part in site visits and verify that work follows approved plans.
• Track construction quality and flag any technical issues or deviations.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders when needed.
• Maintain technical records, site logs, and project documentation.
• Assist with quantity calculations and material monitoring.
• Support site implementation of health, safety, and environmental rules.
• Help address routine engineering and construction challenges.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor within the role’s scope.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Active registration or membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.
• Candidates should be fresh graduates or have up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is needed.
• Basic familiarity with engineering tools such as AutoCAD is expected.
• Must be open to on-site work and travel between project sites when necessary.
• Arabic fluency is required; English ability will be an added advantage.
