Role overview
Inamo is seeking a City Operations Lead to run quick commerce operations across Delhi and Kolkata. The position is responsible for overseeing dark stores, delivery fleets, and sizeable on-ground teams while ensuring smooth last-mile execution.
Key responsibilities
This role focuses on end-to-end city operations, with accountability for major performance indicators such as delivery turnaround time, fill rates, and overall service quality. The incumbent will also support and drive expansion across the assigned cities.
