Children Activity Assistant

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and designing lively, hands-on experiences. The position focuses on supporting a safe, friendly, and enjoyable setting where children can participate in structured and creative activities.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee children’s games, arts and crafts, and other interactive sessions.
• Keep children safe and attentive throughout all activities.
• Help maintain an upbeat, welcoming, and entertaining environment.
• Support special occasions, seasonal programmes, holiday activities, and themed events.
• Keep activity spaces tidy, orderly, and ready for use.
• Develop respectful and positive rapport with both children and parents.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience with children in settings such as a kids club, nursery, school, camp, or recreation-based environment.
• A warm, energetic, and patient approach.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Comfort interacting with children across different age groups.
• First Aid certification will be considered an advantage.
