Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily kitchen operations ensuring food preparation and production meet standards of quality, consistency, and cost efficiency to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership to design and perfect menus featuring seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
• Manage inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relations to maintain cost-effective supply of premium ingredients.
• Participate in financial reviews, overseeing food and labor costs and implementing measures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Engage with guests and internal teams to collect feedback and support initiatives that improve the dining experience.
• Lead and develop kitchen staff by supervising performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to safeguard the wellbeing of guests and employees.
