Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer questions through live chat platforms.
• Deliver correct information and effectively address customer problems.
• Achieve and sustain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality performance scores.
• Manage several chat conversations concurrently while ensuring precision.
• Refer complex matters to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately.
• Meet established key performance indicators including daily productivity, response time, and quality standards.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedural guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 6 to 12 months of practical experience in chat support roles.
• Prior experience within an international BPO environment is preferred.
• Strong command of written English with excellent grammar skills.
• Efficient typing ability combined with high accuracy.
• Capability to multitask effectively and perform under pressure.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Graduate or undergraduate educational background.
