About the Role
Join an expanding team in Pune as a Chat Support Executive focusing on customer support services. This role involves interacting with customers via chat to solve queries related to accounts, orders, and processes, aiming to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries through chat platforms
- Address and resolve issues related to accounts, orders, and processes

Candidate Profile
