Cashier

Job Summary

We are seeking diligent cashiers who can accurately and efficiently handle all monetary transactions following set company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all cash dealings with customers reliably.
• Regularly update and maintain billing and gift voucher information in software for auditing.
• Proficiently perform batch closing, cash reconciliation, and process card payments.
• Submit Management Information System (MIS) reports promptly to supervisors when required.
• Keep comprehensive transaction records.
• Interact courteously with customers to promote satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed at least Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or possess any undergraduate degree.
• At least six months experience in retail cashier work or sales.
• Basic computer literacy with familiarity handling electronic devices such as cash registers, scanners, or money counting machines.
• Good communication capabilities and adept at managing time efficiently.
• Strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Typing speed should be between 30 to 40 words per minute.
