Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change in Collins, MS is searching for a full-time Team Leader in Training. Job Responsibilities and Environment
The role requires active participation in a fast-paced carwash setting where teamwork, customer service excellence, and meticulous attention to detail are vital for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Employees must be prepared to work Monday through Sunday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM with open availability, including weekends. The position involves outdoor work and may entail physically getting a bit dirty, reflecting the dynamic nature of the job.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
Ideal candidates should bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory. A mechanical interest is beneficial; however, full training on carwash equipment will be provided.
