Cart Attendant

Position Overview

The Cart Attendant role is essential in ensuring customers have a positive first and last impression at the store. Responsibilities include retrieving shopping carts from the parking area, transporting them safely inside the store using equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of carts regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly wage ranges between $14 and $27, depending on location, always meeting or surpassing the minimum wage requirements.
• Additional earnings may include performance-based bonuses awarded quarterly or annually.
• Special premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be granted based on factors like shift schedules, store location, seasonal demand, or specific work activities. Multiple premiums can be combined if criteria are satisfied.
• Available shifts include mid-shift and closing hours.
