Position Overview

Prosper Meath, a constituent of the Prosper Group, focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered care for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. We are seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our Day Services team in County Meath, supporting individuals to lead meaningful and independent lives.

The role involves providing compassionate support to enhance life skills, facilitate community engagement, express creativity, and offer companionship. You will empower clients to achieve their personal goals within a collaborative and encouraging environment.

Employment Conditions

Location: Day Services, Meath
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract Type: Specified Purpose, Permanent, or Panel positions available
Salary Scale (Full-Time Equivalent): €32,479 - €46,098 per annum, prorated to part-time hours

Essential Qualifications and Experience

QQI Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care is mandatory
Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities
A valid, clean manual driving license is required
