Role Overview

As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will be a critical contributor to our expanding Capital Markets team during a period of rapid growth. This role offers exposure to sophisticated debt structures and the full lifecycle of securitisation facilities, providing you hands-on experience beyond data processing. You will help structure and manage capital funding a fast-growing electric car leasing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior team members by serving as the analytical backbone to optimize funding facilities.
• Assist in managing securitisation transactions and the transition to public asset-backed securities markets, including investor and rating agency engagement.
• Conduct technical financial analyses, including modelling, market research, and managing complex datasets.
• Deliver thorough transaction reporting focusing on asset performance, forecasting, and monitoring trigger levels.
• Prepare high-quality data presentations and manage ad-hoc information requests for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with company teams to align capital market activities with overall business growth strategies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a degree in Finance or a closely related field.
• Be a recent graduate or have approximately one year of relevant professional experience, preferably in Capital Markets, Banking, or Debt Advisory, with demonstrated interest in securitisation.
• Exhibit a strong analytical mindset with proficiency in translating complex financial data into clear, professional spreadsheets and presentations.
• Have strong technical skills in spreadsheet use and a foundational knowledge of SQL for large data management.
• Demonstrate proactivity as a problem-solver eager to learn new financial structures and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Communicate financial and technical analyses clearly to internal stakeholders.
