About the Role

GENZ4GTM, Germany's newest startup talent marketplace, specializes in placing go-to-market roles at exciting startups across Berlin, München, Köln, Hamburg, and Frankfurt. We are seeking an enthusiastic Campus Ambassador to represent us at your university as our primary contact point.

Responsibilities

• Distribute information about open positions through student councils, groups, chats, and initiatives at your university.
• Organize one to two small-scale events per semester, such as talks with startup founders.
• Develop and nurture connections with student organizations and career services.
• Engage directly with potential candidates in your network and refer them to us.
• Provide valuable feedback about the interests and trends among students at your university.

Qualification & Work Style

This position allows for flexible timings and remote work, except for occasional events. The role is self-directed without assigned tasks, focusing on goal achievement through your own initiative and creativity. Ideal for proactive individuals who thrive in autonomy, as rigid to-do lists are not part of this role.
