Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Call Center Executive / Patient Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently. The role involves converting inquiries into consultations and appointments, following up with potential patients, and driving sales across various services offered by Eternell Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp leads, website queries, and campaign-related leads professionally to understand patient needs and suggest appropriate services.
• Clarify treatment benefits, packages, offers, and consultation procedures to potential patients, ensuring conversion of queries into appointments.
• Conduct outbound calls to new and existing patients for lead follow-ups, re-engagement, and promoting various premium clinic services including aesthetics, dermatology, dental, laser, and beauty treatments.
• Achieve daily to monthly sales and appointment targets, maintaining a focus on conversion rates and revenue growth.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions, lead statuses, appointments, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Build strong, professional relationships with patients by handling queries empathetically and ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up procedures.
• Collaborate closely with clinics’ doctors, therapists, front desk, and marketing teams to enhance conversion and client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in call center, telesales, inside sales, patient coordination, or customer conversion roles.
• Preferred experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, beauty salons, dental or laser clinics, healthcare or wellness sectors.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills paired with strong selling and persuasion capabilities.
• Ability to handle objections, negotiate confidently, and consistently close appointments and sales.
• High discipline in follow-up, target-driven mindset, and competent in managing high volumes of inbound/outbound calls.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-management software, plus strong coordination and customer service skills.
• Professional, energetic demeanor with a positive, patient-focused approach.

Work Conditions & Schedule

This full-time position requires working onsite in Dubai. Eternell Clinic operates 7 days a week with rotational shifts and weekend duties. Weekly offs and rosters are organized per clinic policies. Immediate joining is preferred, with preference given to candidates available on short notice.

Performance Metrics

• Handling volume of inbound leads and outbound calls.
• Lead response times and conversion rates for appointments and treatments.
• Consultation attendance, revenue targets, and repeat/up-selling effectiveness.
• Compliance with CRM follow-up procedures.
