The Butler position demands a committed and hospitality-focused individual dedicated to providing personalized, top-tier service. You will be the primary liaison for guests, ensuring their stay is smooth, thoughtful, and memorable by coordinating tailored experiences and attending to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer a warm, customized welcome and comprehensive orientation to guests, helping them feel instantly comfortable
- Establish strong rapport by foreseeing guest requirements and managing special requests with precision and care
- Execute all in-suite food and beverage services professionally and attentively
- Handle guest requests and organize itineraries, guaranteeing timely and accurate follow-ups
- Work closely with various departments to ensure integrated and flawless guest experiences
Requirements and Skills
- At least two years’ experience in luxury hospitality environments such as hotels, resorts, or lodges
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, coupled with a polished personal appearance
- Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous
- Competent in managing guest schedules and addressing issues discreetly and professionally
- Deep enthusiasm for crafting customized and memorable guest experiences
- Flexible, resourceful, and naturally anticipatory of guest requirements
