Job Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, friendly service that captures the spirit of island hospitality, ensuring guests feel at home.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings on the menu.
• Uphold all Hospitality Standards and ensure tables are impeccably maintained throughout service.
• Contribute positively within a teamwork environment to promote sales and excellent service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and upbeat dining area.

Requirements and Physical Demands

• Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing up to about 50 pounds.
• Regular bending, stooping, and kneeling are necessary for the role.
• Stand for extended periods throughout shifts.
• Competence in handling equipment safely such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other tools essential to the job.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts based on business demands.

Additional Information

• Competitive hourly wage between $15.00 and $17.00 (or local minimum wage), plus tips.
