Role Overview

This position requires an experienced consultant to lead initiatives in financial and benefits analysis focused on technology and infrastructure programs. The ideal candidate will skilfully design frameworks for tracking value realization and develop precise investment appraisals across multi-year horizons.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Bring a minimum of eight years’ expertise in cost modelling, investment appraisal, or benefits management.
• Prepare at least five investment cases or cost models specifically for technology or infrastructure projects.
• Create benefits realisation frameworks equipped with clear baselines and reliable measurement techniques.
• Demonstrate proficiency in financial modelling methodologies such as Net Present Value (NPV), Return on Investment (ROI), payback periods, and sensitivity analyses.
• Have experience in calculating technology operational and support costs extended over multiple years.
• Possess excellent command of written and spoken English to communicate findings effectively.
