Business Operations & Analytics Specialist

Overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for a Business Operations & Analytics Specialist supporting teams across the EMEA region. The work is estimated at 10 to 40 hours per week and pays $50 to $60 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Examine operational datasets and performance indicators to spot patterns, bottlenecks, and areas where efficiency can be improved.
• Build, update, and polish dashboards as well as KPI reports that help guide decisions using data.
• Map processes and analyze workflows, then document them clearly so the findings can be acted on.
• Prepare visual materials that make complex information and recommendations easier to understand.
• Create scoring rubrics and assessment frameworks for measuring operational results.
• Convert analytical findings into short, clear recommendations tailored to different business audiences.

Requirements

• Proven background in operations management, business analysis, or strategy-related work.
• Strong command of business intelligence tools and KPI reporting systems.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Practical experience in process documentation and workflow improvement.
• Ability to analyze data, create charts, and summarize insights for leadership-level reporting.

Additional information

This position is offered on a contract basis and is fully remote. The expected weekly commitment may vary between 10 and 40 hours. Compensation is paid hourly at a rate between $50 and $60.
