The platform is designed to make preparation easier through expert teaching, clear direction, and a flexible learning setup that supports steady progress and reduced stress.
Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Palghat for a Business Development Manager. The person in this role will build new business relationships and expand the organization’s reach by working with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate training clients.
Key duties
The role involves finding and qualifying leads, connecting with prospective clients, and presenting The Learners Hub’s programs and services. It also includes converting opportunities into enrollment or institutional partnerships, maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners, monitoring market movements, and working closely with the marketing and academic teams to create focused promotional campaigns. In addition, the role requires regular sales reporting, pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and recommending growth strategies for important regions.
Qualifications and skills
Applicants should have strong capability in business development, sales, and relationship building, along with a consistent record of lead generation and deal closure. Experience in education services, edtech, or training is preferred, especially with exposure to CA/CMA or other professional exam-preparation environments. The role calls for excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to explain offerings clearly to students, parents, and institutional stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data analysis is needed to manage leads, track performance, and support decision-making. Candidates should be self-motivated, well organized, target-oriented, and comfortable solving problems while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, and an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage. The selected candidate must be willing to work on site in Palghat and travel locally or within the region as needed.
