Business Development Executive

About the Role

Elite HR Consultancy, based in Dubai, is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive specializing in recruitment services. This role emphasizes acquiring new clients within the HR and recruitment sector, focusing on companies with present or impending hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies actively recruiting or anticipating recruitment activity.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.
• Engage with HR managers, talent acquisition leaders, and decision-makers to promote recruitment services.
• Effectively pitch the company's recruitment offerings and convert prospects into clients.
• Hold meetings to clearly understand client recruitment demands.
• Negotiate and finalize recruitment fees, service agreements, and terms.
• Close deals consistently to meet monthly client acquisition and revenue goals.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
• Foster long-term relationships for recurring recruitment business.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team once client requirements are secured.

Requirements

• Previous experience in business development within a recruitment agency or HR consultancy is essential.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new recruitment clients.
• Proficiency in lead generation, particularly B2B cold calling.
• Possession of an existing client database is beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and pitching capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of recruitment business models.
• An established network of HR professionals and decision-makers in the UAE is highly advantageous.
• Highly target-oriented with proven ability to close sales.
