Vertical 3D Tech is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with 1 to 2 years of practical experience managing Upwork business development activities to join our expanding team located in Mohali, Punjab.
Job Overview and Responsibilities
The primary role involves managing and enhancing our Upwork profile to consistently secure business projects, especially focusing on eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and WordPress. Key duties include:
- Identifying and submitting bids on appropriate Upwork projects.
- Conducting thorough client research to fully grasp project requirements.
- Crafting compelling and customized proposals tailored to prospective clients.
- Monitoring proposal submissions, conversion rates, and growth in revenue.
Qualifications and Experience
- Mandatory 1 to 2 years of direct Upwork business development experience with proven success in securing projects.
- Experience in Shopify, WordPress, eCommerce, web development, or digital service markets is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, persuasive proposal writing, and negotiation capabilities.
- Self-driven, goal-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
