Business Development Executive

About the Role

Blue Sky Concepts seeks an energetic and self-driven Field Business Development Executive to expand their interior design project portfolio. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities by engaging with various stakeholders in the real estate and construction sectors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to apartments, villas, builders, construction sites, architects, and commercial property locations.
• Engage with property owners, apartment associations, real estate developers, and architects to promote interior design services offered by Blue Sky Concepts.
• Identify and qualify potential clients and generate leads for interior design projects.
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients to discuss service offerings.
• Maintain a database of customer contact information and potential leads.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and collaborate closely with the design and sales teams to advance projects.
• Meet established monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and referral sources to support business growth.
• Provide daily reports on site visits and lead status to management.
