Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview

We seek a motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead customer engagement and boost sales of broadband and fiber internet services through proactive field sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop leads via on-ground visits and localized marketing strategies.
• Secure new customers in both residential and commercial segments.
• Market and sell various broadband, fiber, and internet plans.
• Meet monthly sales objectives and nurture customer relations.
• Collaborate with installation and support teams to ensure prompt service delivery.
• Keep daily sales logs and maintain detailed customer records.
• Conduct market research including competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Graduate in any field is preferred.
• Experience ranging from freshers to 3 years, especially in ISP, B2C, FTTH/Fiber, Broadband, or Telecom sales, is favorable.
• Strong communication and negotiation prowess.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
• Self-driven and capable of fieldwork independently.
• Basic understanding of broadband and fiber services is a plus.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and be open to travel.
