Role Overview

This full-time Business Associate Manager position, located onsite in Vishakhapatnam, plays a crucial role in supporting business operations through coordination of daily tasks, monitoring performance indicators, and assisting in implementing process enhancements. The incumbent will contribute to strategic planning, prepare leadership reports and presentations, partner with cross-functional teams to align with organizational objectives, manage stakeholder interactions, oversee project timelines, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

• Proven skills in business operations management and coordinating daily activities, with a focus on driving process improvements.
• Strong capability in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets and presentation tools, and interpreting business performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Effective organizational and time management aptitude to juggle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Adaptability combined with a proactive problem-solving mindset to identify challenges and recommend viable solutions.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or related disciplines; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in business support, operations, or management roles is advantageous.
• Readiness to work onsite in a collaborative team setting in Vishakhapatnam and a willingness to learn Tata Group-specific systems and processes.
