Overview

Solugenix is supporting a renowned financial services client based in Fort Mill, SC, who is seeking a Business Analyst for a 3-month contract role performed remotely. This opportunity requires 2-5 years of relevant experience with the skills to work independently and collaboratively to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various business departments to identify areas for process improvement and define business workflows by documenting procedures and operational methods.
Evaluate training requirements, communicate new procedures to stakeholders, and maintain comprehensive documentation including standard operating procedures, training manuals, and project updates.
Manage projects within business units and act as a liaison among financial administration centers, government bodies, vendors, corporations, and internal divisions to specify business procedures and develop services and products.
Transition newly defined processes to Project Management teams for execution.
Engage in requirements gathering for business solutions tailored to specific needs, suggesting alternative options where applicable.
Provide training and support directly to clients when necessary.
Identify problems, explore solutions, prepare presentations for stakeholders, implement agreed-upon resolutions, and test to ensure effectiveness.
Generate various reports, analyze trends, and communicate insights to management and business partners.
Address moderate complexity issues by analyzing multiple factors and applying sound judgment within established guidelines, while considering departmental policies and offering process improvement suggestions.
Negotiate and persuade team members to achieve consensus on objectives and deliver results as expected.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education combination.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or similar roles.
Proficient analytical ability including effective interviewing and question formulation techniques.
Basic data management aptitude and general understanding of business operations and cost-benefit awareness.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly define business requirements.
Competent with standard Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information

The pay rate for practitioners located in CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC is set at $78.57 per hour. The starting salary depends on factors such as position specifics, location, education, training, and experience.
