Zephyr IT is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to become a vital member of their Data and AI team for an active project. This opportunity involves driving the delivery of solutions that utilize data and artificial intelligence to tackle intricate business problems. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements for data and AI-focused initiatives.
• Convert business needs into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design and implement pioneering AI-powered solutions.
• Review data processes, system integrations, and workflows to uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Create and carry out user acceptance testing plans to guarantee the delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Conduct workshops and meetings aimed at gathering requirements and confirming solutions with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Over five years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on Data and AI projects.
• Solid knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and data technologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with data visualization and analytical tools.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methods.
