Role Overview

Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors at the showroom, delivering exceptional reception and hospitality to create a welcoming, luxury environment aligned with the EXEED brand values.

Primary Duties

• Greet all showroom entrants with professionalism and cordiality, ensuring a favorable initial impression and a premium personalized service.
• Offer refreshments and maintain guest comfort while they wait, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Respond to general customer questions and guide them to the appropriate sales personnel.
• Accurately log visitor details in CRM or visitor tracking systems and manage appointment schedules collaboratively with sales teams.
• Oversee showroom traffic flow and ensure adherence to visitor management and brand experience procedures.
• Handle incoming calls and showroom emails efficiently, routing inquiries to relevant departments and maintaining visitor records and daily reports.
• Provide administrative assistance such as document organization and appointment coordination as necessary.
• Act as a brand representative for EXEED by exhibiting professionalism, upholding customer service excellence, and remaining knowledgeable about product lines, marketing campaigns, and dealership operations.
• Assist with customer events, product launches, and marketing activities to enhance brand presence.
• Maintain showroom upkeep including cleanliness and proper presentation; liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.

• Accuracy of visitor registration and compliance within CRM.
• Effective management of customer waiting times.
• Quality of responses to telephone and email inquiries.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience: Between one and three years in reception, front desk support, hospitality, luxury retail, automotive, or customer service roles; familiarity with premium automotive dealerships is advantageous.
• Technical proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and preferably experienced with CRM systems.
• Administrative and organizational aptitude.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
• Professional appearance complemented by a positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Capacity to multitask effectively in dynamic environments, with an emphasis on attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team orientation and ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Personal qualities include being well-groomed, confident, approachable, courteous, and passionate about luxury brand customer experiences.
