ജോലി വിവരണം
Role overview
Marionette Liqueur is seeking a practical, highly organised creative generalist to step in as Brand, Content & Creative Coordinator. This is a leave-cover assignment for two flexible days per week on a six-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The position is centred on an existing content and campaign roadmap, and the ideal person will bring fresh perspective, handle execution carefully, capture summer-season content, and support the brand as the current plan continues to roll out.
You will join a small, fast-moving team that works closely with the hospitality community while expanding Marionette’s liqueur range.
About Marionette
Founded in 2017, Marionette Liqueur celebrates Australian produce, partners with local growers, and develops flavours that balance classic and contemporary influences. The brand focuses on less sugar, no essences, and full flavour, and is designed for professional bartenders, curious home consumers, and hosts who value quality, versatility, and a playful approach.
Key duties
The role includes capturing product, cocktail, event, and seasonal production photography; creating reels that match the brand style; adapting and scheduling weekly social posts from an existing plan; and writing captions plus short-form copy in Marionette’s voice.
You will also make light updates to design files, prepare artwork for print, support collateral for distributors, retailers, and events, keep files orderly, maintain a clean asset library, and assist with social media communications.
There is also support required for summer campaign activity and the rollout of a new product launch in early 2027. Experience with paid social campaign setup, implementation, and reporting is desirable but optional.
What strong performance looks like
Success in this role means content is published on schedule and feels distinctly on-brand, campaign assets are produced in the right tone, and files, briefs, and print-ready materials are easy to locate and well maintained.
It also means the brand remains active, consistent, and responsive while the team is away on leave, and any paid social activity is clearly briefed, launched, and reported if that work is included.
Future potential
This position may continue beyond the leave-cover period for the right person. Marionette is especially interested in candidates who can bring new ideas, a fresh point of view, and a long-term mindset toward helping the business grow. Training can be provided for someone who is interested and capable of handling both content coordination and paid social.
Separate paid social arrangement
There is also an option to separate the paid social responsibility into its own contract role. That arrangement would involve a weekly maintenance fee for campaign management, optimisation, and reporting, and may suit someone who wants a dedicated digital focus or wants to combine this with the wider content role.
Working arrangement and expectations
Hours are flexible. The role can involve a mix of work from home and distillery visits in Thomastown for onboarding, meetings, and content capture. Compensation is negotiable and will depend on experience.
Start timing
The preferred start is as soon as possible to support a smooth handover. August is intended for transition and onboarding, while September and October mark the maternity leave cover period.
How to apply
Applicants are not asked to provide a full CV. Instead, Marionette wants a brief introduction, a summary of relevant work or experience, 1–3 Instagram accounts you admire with a short explanation of why, and a folio or Instagram page if available. Applications should be sent by email.
