About the Role
This position is a field-based sales opportunity focused on agency channel sales within the financial services sector. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will build and lead a team of independent financial advisors who sell secure fixed deposits, life/general insurance, and mutual funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and expand a network of local independent financial advisors (business associates).
- Achieve regional sales targets for fixed deposits and insurance premiums through your advisor network.
- Provide training and motivation to agents to enhance their productivity and sales performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate with 1 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, wealth management, pharmaceutical/medical representative, or retail sectors.
- Strong skills in relationship-building and negotiation within the local market.
