Position Overview
We are inviting enthusiastic and approachable individuals with experience in retail or hospitality to join our Tallaght Square Shopping Centre branch in Dublin as full-time Branch Colleagues. This permanent position involves delivering high-quality customer service and supporting the manager in varied service tasks such as key cutting, watch repairs, engravings, and shoe repairs.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service consistently throughout the day.
- Support the branch manager in operational duties and take charge during their days off.
- Participate actively in the delivery of Timpson's key services including key cutting, watch repairs, engraving, and shoe repairs.
- Perform at least one act of kindness daily to support customers or colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
Training and Career Development
No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided from day one, equipping you with all the skills needed to succeed and advance within the company.
Work Hours and Compensation
- Work a total of 40 hours per week spread over 5 days, including weekends, with opportunities for overtime post-training.
- Starting salary is €29,536 per year with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €31,000 including uncapped weekly performance bonuses after a successful trial period.
