About the Company and Role

Lynk Global, an Australian-owned offshore staffing firm, supports construction companies by providing dedicated remote teams. Based primarily in the Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig area, the company offers hybrid and remote working options depending on client assignments. This full-time, permanent position operates on a day shift schedule.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately record and manage daily financial transactions including invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements alongside accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with payroll processing ensuring accurate entry posting.
• Support financial close activities at month-end and year-end.
• Generate financial reports, statements, and detailed supporting schedules.
• Efficiently handle billing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting principles, and bureau of internal revenue regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and vendors as necessary.
• Maintain well-organized and audit-ready financial documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related discipline.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in bookkeeping or general accounting roles.
• Strong grasp of accounting standards and financial reporting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and a proactive, team-focused approach.
• Possession of a CPA license or current CPA candidacy is advantageous but not mandatory.
