Bilingual Inside Sales Representative SMB (Dutch) - EMEA

Role Overview

Keeper Security is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative fluent in Dutch to join its dynamic EMEA sales division. Applicants must reside permanently in Ireland. The position offers a hybrid work model for employees within commuting distance of the Cork office; remote work is available for those farther away.

Role Responsibilities

• Work independently while benefiting from team support, contributing to company growth.
• Initiate new customer connections using cold outreach and lead generation via phone and email.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process within assigned territories or sectors.
• Communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking clients both orally and in writing.
• Coordinate and schedule regular meetings with prospective customers.
• Maintain active contracts with all existing customers.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Stay current and proficient with all Keeper products and updates.
• Engage in sales training such as cold calling role plays and shadow experienced colleagues.
• Build lasting relationships with potential clients.
• Utilize additional sales tools and resources to identify new business opportunities.
• Keep Salesforce.com data up to date reflecting pipeline and client activities.
• Assist in reviewing proposals for new business deals.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of software sales experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven success selling software to IT organizations.
• Experience using Salesforce and conducting web-based product demonstrations.
• Consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Organized, results-driven, team-oriented, with strong attention to deadlines and details.
• Experience managing complete sales cycles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• Background in cybersecurity.
• Familiarity or experience in the Information Security sector.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Extensive use of CRM software, ideally Salesforce.com.
