About the Role
MADI International, a distinguished leader in the beauty sector, invites passionate individuals to become part of our team as a Beauty Advisor. This role centers on providing expert guidance and exceptional service in beauty, skincare, nail care, haircare, and hair-related gadgets, while fostering customer engagement and promoting our product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and deliver tailored beauty advice suited to their specific preferences and needs.
- Attentively address customer concerns and offer professional recommendations on skincare, nailcare, haircare, and beauty devices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Meet and surpass sales goals through strategic upselling and cross-selling efforts.
- Stay informed on current promotions and maintain visually appealing product presentations.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging beauty trends, techniques, and new products.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of brand products, their features, and advantages.
- Provide customers with detailed instruction on product usage, application techniques, and aftercare.
- Keep product displays well-organized and fully stocked.
- Track inventory levels and promptly report shortages to management.
- Support restocking activities and merchandising tasks.
- Establish and nurture enduring customer relationships to drive brand loyalty.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in beauty, retail, or customer service fields is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Keen enthusiasm for beauty and self-care, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Capability to achieve sales objectives while adapting to a dynamic work environment.
