Opening from 7 am, the bar offers top-quality coffee, elevated breakfast options, bold Bloody Marys, lively tapas, and premium cocktails. The environment is fast-paced and guest-centered, maintaining high standards throughout the day and night.
Role Overview
As a barista at Ferg's Bar, your key responsibility is to create exceptional coffee and deliver memorable customer experiences to ensure guests begin their day on a high note. The job demands multitasking and engaging guests with warmth and enthusiasm, maintaining speed, consistency, and quality simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently prepare and serve premium coffee efficiently
- Provide friendly and engaging service to create lasting positive interactions
- Warmly welcome guests and foster a hospitable environment
- Anticipate customer needs and exceed their expectations during every interaction
- Maintain cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the venue
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu and beverage list to assist inquiries
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar barista role
- Advanced coffee expertise including latte art and machine troubleshooting skills
- Outgoing, confident, and personable with a genuine passion for guest service
- Focus on service quality and sales effectiveness
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- Holding LCQ and Duty Manager Certificates is highly advantageous
- Availability to work primarily morning shifts starting at 6:30 am
