About the Role
We are seeking a Backend Developer to join our team based in Sharjah, UAE. This position entails full engagement in the software development lifecycle, requiring expertise in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining high-quality applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and consistently manage different software applications.
- Work collaboratively with engineering and product teams to deliver superior products.
- Adhere to established coding standards and system quality protocols.
- Create automated testing procedures and carry out performance optimization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of four years' experience in .NET or equivalent technologies.
- Hands-on development experience with web applications using C#, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript/ASP, and .NET frameworks.
- Proficient with MS SQL Server and MySQL databases.
- Comprehensive understanding of all phases of the software design lifecycle.
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills and Additional Requirements
- Graduates with a background in technical sales related to Robotics or Software Solutions are encouraged to apply.
- At least five years of overall experience, including a minimum of two years in Robotics is preferred.
- Prior work experience in the UAE is mandatory, along with a valid UAE driving license.
