Baby Sitter

Role Overview

Snaap Bowl is looking for a caring babysitter in Bengaluru, Karnataka to look after infants or children and support their daily routine with attention, warmth, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep children safe and supervised throughout the day.
• Handle feeding, bathing, and dressing according to the child’s schedule.
• Prepare basic nutritious meals or bottles when needed.
• Support nap and sleep routines and help comfort the child whenever required.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate play, learning, and activity time.
• Encourage early learning through rhymes, reading, colors, numbers, and similar activities.
• Maintain clean and orderly play areas, toys, and child-related spaces.
• Share updates with parents on the child’s day, mood, food intake, and health.
• Respond calmly in emergencies and follow the family’s instructions carefully.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nanny work is needed.
• Should understand the basics of infant and child care routines.
• Must be patient, dependable, and emotionally caring.
• Personal hygiene and neatness are important.
• Ability to follow schedules and respect parental guidelines is required.

Preferred Experience

• Training in early childhood care or nursing support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of first aid or CPR is preferred.
• Experience caring for newborns or toddlers will be useful.
• Ability to assist with light child-related household tasks is a plus.

Compensation

The pay offered for this role is INR 20,000 to INR 36,000 per month.
