Job description
Overview
Enterprise Mobility is looking for a dedicated, full-time Automotive Detailer to join our Vancouver team, focusing on maintaining exceptional cleanliness and safety standards across our vehicle fleet. This role offers a consistent 40-hour week with various benefits and is based at 10-970 Southwest Marine Drive, Vancouver, BC.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning, sanitizing, vacuuming, and preparation of vehicle interiors in compliance with industry-standard protocols.
- Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including various vehicle types such as cars, vans, and trucks.
- Inspect fuel levels, warning lights, windshield conditions; reset vehicle settings and ensure no personal belongings remain. Manage lost and found items appropriately.
- Verify vehicle documents such as registration and confirm consistency with license plates.
- Check and replenish fluid levels; assess tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; examine the vehicle exterior for damage.
- Fuel and stage vehicles for customer use.
- Report any safety concerns, warning lights, or vehicle damage and remove vehicles from processing if required.
- Maintain a tidy and safe workspace, reporting any hazardous conditions promptly.
- Use specialized equipment like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, odors, and pet hair.
- Assist customers when necessary, including transporting them to and from branch locations.
- Support branch upkeep by cleaning indoor and outdoor areas such as desktops, floors, bathrooms, and parking lots to uphold site appearance standards.
Additional Responsibilities
- Continuously seek improvements in job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Carry out miscellaneous related tasks as assigned.

- Sunday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Wednesday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a valid British Columbia Full Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last three years.
- No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions within the past five years.
- Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship requirements now or in the future.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for assisting customers.
- Availability to work the specified schedule, with exceptions only for religious observances.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
