Job Overview

The Associate SOC Level 1 Analyst will play a key role in monitoring cybersecurity solutions, analyzing alerts, and facilitating timely responses to security incidents. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts effectively to identify potential threats and incidents.
• Perform thorough investigations on security events using analytical and logical reasoning.
• Operate efficiently within a shift-based schedule to ensure continuous security monitoring.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment, SIEM platforms, or security automation solutions.
• Strong familiarity with Windows and Unix operating systems.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
• Proficient in analyzing TCP/IP network traffic and event logs.
• Solid knowledge of network architecture, operating systems, and fundamental system design concepts.
• Insight into cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, exploits, and corresponding mitigation strategies.
• Practical experience using SIEM tools such as Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel.
