Associate Process Manager

Position Overview

The Associate Process Manager will play a key role in managing software development processes with a focus on Microsoft .NET MVC technologies and ensuring alignment to SDLC methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess comprehensive understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with experience in both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• Demonstrate expertise in current Microsoft technologies including .NET MVC, Visual Studio .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web Forms, AJAX, ADO.NET, VB.Net, WCF, and SQL Server components such as SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Apply deep knowledge in database design and application development, leveraging skills in OOPS, C#, SQL Server, and jQuery.
• Function effectively both as an independent contributor and as part of a collaborative team, with experience in software development from initial concept through full lifecycle deployment.
• Analyze software requirements thoroughly and translate them into efficient, robust code implementations.
• Engage proactively in all phases of new product development and improvements to existing software applications.
