Your Impact

As a consultant, you will collaborate closely with senior clients and peers in entrepreneurial settings to develop transformative programs for key sectors. You will have the opportunity to influence industries by helping clients reshape business models and gain competitive advantage across diverse sectors like oil and gas, telecommunications, retail, banking, and more, primarily in the Australasian market including Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Auckland offices.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials, or higher degrees such as Masters, MBA, or PhD.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in business management with consistent high performance and significant achievements.
• Expertise in major sectors including but not limited to oil and gas, mining, telecommunications, retail, public sector, government, law, engineering, healthcare, and finance.
• Strong functional expertise across strategic areas like strategy, business growth, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, and marketing.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges.
• Robust logical reasoning combined with creative and quantitative thinking skills.
• Proactive mindset with initiative to pioneer new ideas, create opportunities, and undertake personal risks.
