Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Account Executive located in Cork, Ireland, for a hybrid role requiring three days onsite weekly. The position focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate and mid-market clients. You will spearhead new business development and deepen existing partnerships by providing consultative sales and collaborating closely with channel partners, sales engineers, and professional service teams. Your goal is to build trusted relationships with decision-makers and guide clients through their digital transformation processes, overseeing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while achieving set targets. Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM data using Salesforce is essential.
Qualifications and Experience
Suitable candidates will have a graduate degree or 1 to 3 years' experience in account management or SaaS sales, especially in B2B mid-market or enterprise settings. Demonstrable success in surpassing sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles is expected. Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation abilities are critical. Experience with End User Computing technologies (such as VDI or UEM) is an advantage. Fluency or openness to any European language is required. A proactive, customer-centric approach and comfort working with a dynamic international team are key traits.
