Role Responsibilities and Expectations

• Assist the Store Manager in maximizing sales performance and ensuring seamless store operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging team environment to enhance staff motivation and customer service standards.
• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Train and mentor team members to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Manage visual merchandising, inventory control, health and safety, and store security protocols.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Previous retail experience coupled with knowledge of outdoor products such as boating, camping, or fishing is highly regarded.
• Leadership or management experience suitable for individuals stepping up from supervisory or team leader roles.
• Capability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service levels.
