Job Overview
We seek a dedicated and diligent Assistant Office Administrator to aid in the efficient management of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, fundamental computer proficiency, and comfort in handling phone interactions with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls politely and professionally.
- Engage customers by following up on sales inquiries and leads.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer communications and follow-ups.
- Compose and send straightforward emails in English.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for routine office tasks.
- Compile and update reports and documentation.
- Collaborate internally to coordinate orders and dispatch processes.
- Organize and keep office records current and accessible.
- Perform various other administrative duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation or diploma qualification in any discipline.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Capable of writing clear, simple emails in English.
- Good verbal communication in English; knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or other local languages is advantageous.
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Traits of honesty, discipline, punctuality, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and take responsibility for assigned duties.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in office administration, customer service, telecalling, or related fields, though talented fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Additional Information
The monthly remuneration ranges between 20,000 and 25,000 INR.
