Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete Mechanical MEP execution for high-rise residential construction projects.
• Apply expert technical knowledge in Mechanical MEP systems such as Plumbing and Water Supply, Drainage and Sewerage, Fire Fighting, Mechanical Ventilation, and Sewage Treatment Plants.
• Conduct and review fundamental MEP design calculations, including hydraulic analysis, pump head and pipe sizing, ventilation requirements, as well as selecting appropriate equipment.
• Assess and approve materials, shop drawings, and technical submissions ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Enforce strict adherence to QA/QC protocols, Indian Standards (IS Codes), National Building Code, CPHEEO guidelines, and all project specifications.
• Oversee installation of Mechanical MEP services, guaranteeing quality, safety, and compliance with approved designs and timelines.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Testing & Commissioning of Mechanical MEP systems, ensuring comprehensive handover documentation.
• Prepare and review Running Account bills, verify contractor measurements, reconcile quantities, and monitor material usage reports.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, structural, electrical, civil, and finishing teams to resolve on-site integration challenges.
• Track project milestones, proactively address execution challenges, and ensure timely completion of Mechanical MEP activities.
• Maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reporting along with complete project records, supporting statutory inspections and approvals as necessary.
• Strictly implement Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance during all project phases.
• Lead and manage the project execution team for Mechanical MEP from start to finish.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is required.
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant hands-on experience in executing Mechanical MEP works specifically for high-rise residential projects.
