About the Role

Join Axis Bank as a CASA Sales Officer, working on-roll to promote the bank's Current Account and Savings Account products. This role is based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, and welcomes candidates with any graduate degree, including freshers and experienced professionals. A two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers by marketing CASA products effectively.
• Engage in local marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.
• Travel daily within the assigned area to connect with potential and current clients.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
• Cross-sell additional banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, and Credit Cards.
• Encourage customers to increase their account deposits.
• Comply with all regulatory and bank policies.
• Complete mandatory bank-provided training and certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary offered is ₹19,000 per month CTC, with performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000 monthly, totaling a potential pay of ₹39,000. Working days align with banking standards, including holidays on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.

Career Growth

The role offers a clear advancement path starting from Sales Officer to Sales Officer I (fast track), then Assistant Manager - Sales, and eventually Sales Manager, based on performance.
