Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

The role entails managing core responsibilities including overseeing sample execution, product awareness presentations, complaint resolution, and market intelligence reporting within designated regions. The incumbent is expected to ensure prompt sample creation and quality inspection, facilitate customer education through product presentations, handle complaints swiftly, and maintain updated competitor insights.

Detailed Duties

• Manage the execution of product samples from marketing inquiries, ensuring completion within 48 hours under normal conditions and verifying sample quality post completion.
• Conduct customer meetings with presentations aimed at enhancing product awareness and engagement.
• Respond to customer complaints the same day they are received, particularly those related to product quality, which must be forwarded to the Research & Development team and assessed within 48 hours.
• Gather and disseminate intelligence about competitors and market innovations promptly to the team.
